ISO West Sonoma Rental

51 yo, single, quiet male ISO 1 BR house, granny, duplex, condo, or bungalow (700+ sq. ft.) in the Sebastopol/Graton/Occidental area, and possibly Forestville/Guerneville, too. I keep a clean home (no pets or tobacco in my home), have a guaranteed income, and an excellent rental history. I am looking to move towards the end of June, but for the right rental, I will move sooner. I am looking for a long term rental- 2 or 3 years minimum, possibly much, much longer. I am hoping to find something around $800/month and have deposit money ready now.

Goddess I love the Fairfax Festy!!!! What would I do w/o Tom Finch & the Purple Passion Band?! And who was the golden maned maiden bedecked in passionate purple with a voice to match?
Some of the bands I've seen: Mother Truckers, Chrome Johnson, New Monsoon, Sunfur....
Oh I can't remember them all! There's too many!

Quiet in Fairfax?

I used to live in Fairfax (Lansdale Station actually) from '94-'00. Loved it, miss it. Got to be too expensive, didn't want to do the housemate thing any longer, so moved north to Petaluma and Novato. Novato is, well, bland, to say the most. Can't complain too much, as I have a 2 br condo for $1100, right next door to open space. Market, deli, Chinese, coffee shop all across the street. I really don't agree with the heat, so I might could be interested in moving back to Fairfax someday, if I can find something affordable, and something that will STAY affordable.

Miss walking into town for a band (and a beer on occasion), a bite to eat at Cafe Amsterdam (the first stage I ever played on), Frogs, and the Festival!
